Eighteen movement is located in a quiet old compound in Joo Chiat, far from the hustle and bustle of crowded place. The studio is intimate, almost like doing pilates at home. But one of the main reasons I go there is most definitely my instructor, Sarah. She is so skilled, very knowledgeable all of which is so important that you insitructor knows what she is doing and you know you are in safe hands. One more reason…is she laughs at all my jokes

Cozy Pilates studio with friendly instructors, great location above the Brewing Ground cafe. Started my private class with Shufei and it’s a great introductory experience to Pilates. Really appreciate her 1;1 attention, her guidance and tailoring our sessions to work on strenthgening different parts of my body (as I have a mild scoliosis). I brought my mom (who is in her 60s and had never tried Pilates before) for our first duo session a few weeks ago – Alica was patient and attentive and made us feel comfortable immediately, whilst always being mindful of our injuries/limitations, My mom and I have since signed up for full packages and we both look forward to our sessions every week now.
